Quick Attach Electric Motor Mount Kit for augers, conveyors and other belt driven applications by Jet Flow.
* This Jet Flow Kit makes an auger motor easy to remove & attach to an auger , conveyor or other device.
* Includes Permanent mounting base 11503, portable motor mount plate 11501, and Latching pin 11504.
* Motors, augers, and conveyors not included.
* Base plate attaches permanently to the belt driven auger, conveyor, or other equipment and allows the use of the top motor mount plate to be easily installed and removed without any tools.
The top motor mount plate is attached to the electric motor and easily is connected to the base plate with the use of the latching pin. Just set the v in the bottom side of the motor mount top plate on the tilt rod on the bottom plate. install the belt or belts with the back end of the motor picked up then push down the back of the motor install the latching pin.
* This is done after the initial installation to get proper belt tensioning. When removing the motor and top plate leave the belt with the auger. If the same belt is used the the tensioning will remain the same to allow easy installation the next time the motor is installed.
* Motors and augers are not included.
