You are looking at new Fluorescent ballast by Advance. This is cat # V2E75-S-TP 277 volt. This is a Mark III magnetic ballast.
This ballast is for 2 - F96 T 12 or 2 - F72 T 12 or simalar rapid start lamps.
Ballast made for the T 12 style lamp are being eliminated for more energy efficiant light sources so if you have fixtures that use this ballast type better get em now while you still can. Other wise you may be changing out your fixtures.
