This Siemens 1600A Draw Out Breaker came out of a panel that was never energized. The panel that this SBH 2016 came out of was part of a server farm that was shut down before completion (copper wire was never run to the panel). This Industrial Circuit Breaker is in Excellent Condition both Externally and Internally and come with 1600Amp trip Cat. # SB16TP02 G premium model including real-time voltage and current waveform displays, overcurrent protection, metering and communications + protective relay functions + min/max logs + power quality harmonic analysis (Time Adjustment, Instantaneous, Long Delay, Short Delay, and Ground Fault). These breakers were professionally removed.
This breaker is a Higher Interrupting version of the SBS 1600 / 2016 and will work in lieu of the SBS. It will just handle a higher RMS Symmetrical Rating (which is nicer). If you have a high fault current, then you will need a High kAIC (interrupting rated) breaker. The long and short of it, you can always go higher with kAIC rating, but never lower and this breaker is a direct fit to either a SBS or SBH application (we will back this statement up with a full refund including freight if you find this to be in error).
