Valve incorperates high vacuum valve and is suited for grease-free operation. Suggested for use between gas source and mainifold or related apparatus. PTFE valve is connected to a low pressure gas source and then connected to the apparatus. Approximately 3 ml of silicone oil is added to the bubber which is retained by the ball check valve. The check valve prevents oil or air from entering the appratus.
