This is a set of holders for use with a 6 inch Jeol JBX-6000FS electron beam lithography system. All holders and case are in excellent condition.
Holder 6 (includes special spanner):
4 inch mask alignment target for use with target on 100 mm wafers (includes one somewhat dingy wafer with gold cross-marks)
