The manual is in good condition with no pencil/pen marks except the inside of the front cover. No folds/rips/tears of the pages. No dog-earing of the pages. Light grease/dirt smudges/stains on the pages. Light age discoloration, light cover wear, and light cover smudges/stains. There is a 1/2-inch tear at the right edge of the front cover that has been taped.
