Exchangeable canister when a pneumatic valve and a manual valve are combined. As this canister is unequipped with a level sensor, the canister exchange time has to be determined by batch count and weight.
With a bubbler method applied, it is used mainly in processes where chemicals with low vapor pressure are vaporized and transported.
