Double Locking Police Handcuffs with Transport Guard
This is a new set of police handcuffs.
The double lock feature keeps the cuffs from getting too tight when you insert the pin side of the key in the slot
When transporting a prisoner from one place to another, This case is placed over the handcuffs which are already doubled locked on the prisoner.The clip is then placed over the cuffs and the retainer is pushed over the clip.
A chain (not inculded) is wrapped around the waist and secured through the hole in the clip.
The prisoner can't move (his/her) hands together, to release the cuffs.
