If you want to make your own Beef Jerky or Snack Sticks using a meat grinder or sausage stuffer check out this "HOT" new item!
The beef jerky and snack stick maker works with your existing sausage stuffer or meat grinder. Just fill the hopper with freshly-mixed and seasoned ground meat, screw on the jerky maker with the flat or round jerky insert in place, and begin. The faster you pull the wax paper the thinner your beef jerky or the smaller diameter your snack stick will be, so you control the thickness and diameter you want. Cut to any length you like and easy enough to use with one person. Forms two flat strips or three round sticks of ground jerky at once.
* 8 Adaptor Disks - Fits #5, #8, #10/12, #20/22, #32, #42 grinders (manual or electric), and sausage stuffers (horizontal or vertical).
* Jerky insert 1" w x 3/16" thick
* Jerky Insert with 3/8" holes
* One Roll Extruder Wax Paper - additional paper available upon request
