Unit powers on and Lights up. The feeding and scanning mechanisms have been finely tuned and refurbished for dependable use. We tested it with an assorted stack of cash repeatedly and it was perfect after scanning 100 bills with the single exception that this machine has trouble reading the new $5 bills. Please note that this unit is a JetCount and not a JetScan, if you need the unit to count value of the bills you want a JetScan. This item is fully functional and is Guaranteed Working!
