Here is a Genuine Brown Leather Folder that Zips closed. The zipper is still in great shape and this folder opens and closes great.When you open it there is a built in Calculator and several pockets. It does have some writing on it as seen in the photo. This was a sample binder for the simple buisness owner and we don't have a need for it. It has a folder compartment and card holder smaller pockets a zipper pocket. Plenty of room on the inside for office supplies. There are no rips or tears in this binder it is in great shape.
