This is a used DC electric motor. It has been tested and cleaned (I cleaned the contact brushes with contact cleaner). The motor weighs just under one pound (15oz). The output shaft measures 3/16 of a inch in diameter and is 7/8 inches long and has a flat side to it.
2.75 inches long (not including shaft length)
The body of the motor is made from steel and the end caps are made of cast aluminum. The shaft is supported by ball bearings.
