NICE USED BK INDUSTRIES 70 LB. ELECTRIC DONUT FRYER
This item is a used donut fryer by BK Industries. It includes a filter system and lid doubles as a drainboard or shelf. This fryer is in excellent condition. It is a 3 phase unit which we were unable to test in our shop. It was pulled from active service from a store chain that discontinued making donuts. At 208 volts, it can be converted to single phase if desired. This fryer has the oil capacity of 70 LBS. and can fry up to 24 donuts at one time. It is also already equipped with smooth rolling casters for easy mobility. This fryer is sure to increase volume with minimum labor and space. Uniform cooking and heating cooks two dozen donuts in only 90
