Sip jig borer #2 in very good condition, 230 voltage 3 phase, please note old optical system has been disabled parts removed, old electical system removed and newer motor control installed, machine had sargon dro's in x and y axis, .0001 resolution, 200-3000 rpm gear head drive very quiet at 3000 rpms, has spindle feed .0008-.0025 per inch, table size 12-1/2 x 22" x travel 18" y travel 10" , quill has 1e sip taper, and 4" quill travel, weight of machine 4500lbs, head will raise to 16" under spindle nose to top of table. machine has 3 boring heads 1 of the heads is a kaiser boring facing head , this head cost over 5000.00 when new it is in like new condition the other boring heads are sip,boring sizes are as follows 1/64 to 13/16, 15/16 to 1-9/16, the kaiser head will bore 1/8 to 4" approx. the table has no marks in it, the machine is in great condition any questions call larry at (***)-532-1238
Please note this machine will hold center line tolerance less than .0001 and the size of the bore .0001 if your tired of fighting to hold this type of tolerance this is the machine for you.
