Items Damaged in the Post: In the event of an item arriving damaged in the post then contact us as soon as possible. We will require the items returned by you via Post or Courier for inspection (but we will refund return postage in the event of a valid problem). Allow us to solve any issues, but in most cases we can refund on return.
Items Lost in the Post: We will take care of the claim where an item is lost in the post BUT be aware that we can track our items and false claims will be reported to Royal Mail or the Courier who will take legal action against false claimants. Claiming for loss or damage that is not true is considered as fraud and will be dealt with as such.
We would simply ask that you contact us first if you have any problems, and we will try to resolve quickly and fairly to both of us. We cannot solve a problem if you fail to tell us!
