Vollraths Windway and Round Retractable Dripless Chafer keeps water out of the food and off the table; condensation accumulates in the dome cover and is transferred through the channel in the cover back into the water pan. The extra wide rim of water pan does not allow food or water to drop below chafer onto the table and creates a more stylish appearance.
