We received these AMD AM29F010-90J1 flash memory chips as
aerospace surplus unused still in their original antistatic tubes. These
are an excellent mainstream part well suited to PIC and other
microcomputers as well as data recording systems.
Memory organization is 128Kx8 and the chip operates on a single
5 volt supply for Read, Program, and Erase. Access speed is 90
nanoseconds. PL032 32 pin rectangular plastic chip carrier can
be socketed or surface mounted.
