The Exfo OTDR is an easy to use modular OTDR system. Includes both novice and expert mode. In novice mode all you need to do is press the start button and the OTDR will automatically set the specifications. Expert mode allows total control over testing specifications. A tech can use the novice mode in the field to quickly take the trace and then use the expert mode back in the office to evaluate the trace.
Singlemode OTDR dynamic range: 28dB at 1310nm and 26dB at 1550nm
This unit is used. The touch screen calibration does not work properly. This could be fixed with a factory repair but you could also plug into an external keyboard to run this unit.
