Centrifugal Babbitt Bearing Casting Machine w 48" Table
includes melting pouring pots saddles crane pump electrical, ready to use, works perfectly
Can make up to a 22" wide bearing
Approximately 25 years old, has been used a few times & in excellent working condition. The footprint is about 10'x10'.
There are 2 motors: 1 motor controls the vertical & horizontal & the 2nd motor controls the spinning function.
Can make up to a 22" wide bearing.
Comes with the following fixtures & necessary items for proper use (please see pics for numbered items):
1. Cantilever Hood Lifter Crane w/ 16 foot long, 90 degree swing. This lifts the Babbitt bearings to the table.
2. 2 Babbitt melting pots. 1 is 32" high x 22" diameter & the other is about 28" high x 18" dia.
3. Babbitt liquid pouring pot with handle bars. 15" diameter. 2 people required to pour.
4. 3 Cover Plates- 1 is 48" diameter, 1 is 30" dia. (pictured on Babbitt table), 1 is 26" dia.
5. 6 different sizes of saddles to cast babitts.
6. Babbitt Casting Cooling hoses w/ all equipment such as Centrifugal pump operated by motor
7. All electrical panels with controls and circuit breaker & fixtures included
