One (1) HP/Agilent MGA81563 GaAs MMIC amplifier with excellent power and low-noise figure for applications from 0.1 to 6GHz. Amplifier output is matched to 50 across the entire bandwidth range (a series inductor can be added to the input to improve the input match below 4GHz).
