This sleeved vest is designed to meet the specifications of ANSI/ISEA 107-1999 (also meets 207-2004). In our opinion the sleeved vest has several advantages over a regular vest. The best advantage to adding sleeves is the reflective is placed higher on the vest combined with the motion created by arms making the vest more visible to drivers. Also the reflective is distributed over more area so the vest has a larger viewing target.
