Square D Fused Motor Controller w/Disconnect, Contactor and Control Circuitry.
On/Off/Auto Switch on the front and an operational indicator.
Has some light paint overspray on the front but does not effect the operation. Would not come off with anything I was sure would not hurt the plastic reset button.
