The hat was already used - vintage when we sent it out to be decoupage covered.
Adjustable inner band will adjust to fit small, medium or large head size.
This is a wonderfully rare opportunity to be UNIQUE at work.
This is a vintage fiberglass mesh hard hat that we had done up for our shop. We had over 150 vintage items decoupaged for our shop by a local artisan. This is one of the few remaining pieces. It is truly one of a kind.
NOTE: This hard hat is not OSHA or ANSI rated, and due to it's ART PIECE aesthetic it is not recommended that you wear it in either moist or very dangerous places. It, being a wearable hard hat, will suffice to keep your head protected from most small falling objects, but we offer no guarantees, as it is a vintage hat and we are not hard hat experts. You'll have to use your own judgment.
It is adjustable in size. It is an MSA brand vintage hardhat. For further details on the safety of MSA hats you would have to contact that company directly. As stated we had this item done up for strictly artistic value.
This lovely ROSE hard hat has our shop tag, it is in very good condition, perhaps a little fade from being in our shop window, but not bad. Hat measures about 8.25 by 10.75 inches on outer rim, about 5.5 inches deep. Overall very nice. Not new, but in good usable condition. Due to decoupage it is not recommended for moist or wet work, it does have a lacquer coating, but excessive moisture would damage the paper covering.
