General description: Vector Impedance Meter
Measures impedance magnitude from 10 mohms to 120 kohms and phase from -180 degrees to +180 degrees
Internal oscillator provides test signals from 400 kHz to 110 MHz
Test signal is constant current between 10uA, depending on impedance range (10 ohms-100 kohms, 5 ranges)
Features test components in circuit and out-of-circuit
Standard HP-IB and analog outputs
Other features: auto, hold, manual range control and a 3 1/2-digit display
This unit is in very good clean condition. Was used in a lab/factory setting. Powers up and passed self-test. Does not include any extras. Lower 48 states only.
