This really heavy duty unit is ready for any high volume assisted living, hospital, school or restaurant. Each of the (3) square lowerators fit up to a 9"D plate - each opening is covered with a very heavy s/s cover to maintain temperature - lid holders are conveniently welded on either side of unit. Heavy duty casters and perimeter bumper make this ready for virtually anything. This unit was uncrated and not tested, this does have slight scratches over entirety of unit.
