This item can be used in any commercial kitchen or other food service establishment. The body is constructed of stainless steel. The cooking surface is constructed of cast iron and measures 26"W x 33"D. There are three temperature control knobs and a pull out drip tray.
The data plate for this item is missing.
This item has some cosmetic imperfections from use, including some surface rust. The burner appears to have been altered by the previous owners as it is located at the bottom of the cabinet instead of at the top of the cast iron grate, please see the photos.
