These were purchased at an industrial surplus sale earlier this year. They were brand new in the original factory bags, but the label had faded to the point where it was no longer readable. The dimensions are very uniform from one piece to the next, and they are considerably harder than your average cold rolled varieties of steel. You can nick them with pliers, but it takes considerable effort. These would be great for many applications, from electronics to robotics to machinery prototyping.
Inside (bore) diameter: .172" (fits perfectly on an 11/64" drill shank)
Material: Hardened steel (exact type / hardness unknown)
