Ae randles model 16-26 tray former for simplex trays
AE Randles model 16-26 tray former set up to run Simplex style interlocking trays. There is no glue involved. All parts and guards appear to be there and machine cycles when plugged in.
Depending upon size of tray being run, new tooling (rear magazine and front folding fixture) might be needed. This is available from Randles or independant suppliers.
Machine is on casters and height is adjustable within a 10" range. Includes vacuum pump and takeaway conveyor that is not shown. Conveyor is about 12" wide by 6' long. 115 volts, 15 amps. Includes instruction manual and wiring diagram. Speed adjustable ty turning handle on vari-speed drive.
Serial number VF 3446 built in 2004. Size 32" wide by 56" deep by 64" tall.
