Uhf patch antenna kit
Up for sale is this UHF patch antenna, shown assembled. You supply the coax and I'll supply the antenna and the ceramic trimmer cap. The complete unit shown in the first picture has a low return loss at 450 - 455 MHz. I haven't tested it for SWR, but I imagine that is low as well. It needs to be mounted in a plastic case, with an air gap between the metalized parts of the board and the plastic. The second photo shows how the patch is loaded, with the trimmer cap in series. The two metalized areas on either side of the trim cap are connected to the coax braid. This is a really cool antenna. Each purchaser gets the patch pcb and a trimcap.
