If you are currently experiencing air bubbles that are trapped by the resin while curing, then you need to add this tank to your process and eliminate trapped air pockets, air bubbles, and process your molds quicker with the heat option.
R3 Manufacturing Ltd is offering its most popular size with all the options, or with any combination of options that your shop needs.This tank has its own digital controlled internal forced air heating system, which means no heating bands to burn hands and waste energy to heat the tank from the outside in. The tank will come with a thick borosilicate glass window and explosion proof internal light for viewing your mold while it's being pressurized or under vacuum.
Our tanks are built in the U.S.A. and are ASME code compliant, stamped with the "U" rating.

* Digital Forced Air Heating System- Operates on 120V 20amps up to 125F-81.5C
* Air input-requires 3/4npt fitting and system requires min 12cfm compressor or larger
* Vacuum Casting Port for filling molds with resin inside tank (requires a meter mix machine, and a single or two stage vacuum pump sold separately)
