This book describes the theory behind storage CRTs such as the Direct View Storage Tube (DVST), half-tone tube and bistable tube. The circuits required to control anlogue storage tubes are also described. This book is an ideal reference for anyone who uses anolgue storage oscilloscopes such as the Tektronix 7000 series, or the Hewlett packard 141T etc.
The book is the fifth printing of the second edition, and was printed in April 1971. The Tektronix part number for the book is 062-0861-01
This paperback book measures approximately 23cm x 15.5cm, and has 123 pages. The unpacked weight is approximately 225 grams.
I would describe the condition of the book as being very good. The binding is still tight with no loose pages, and with hardly any wear to the edges of the pages or the covers. There is very light surface dirt on the covers, and a slight indentation line / scratch on the rear cover. The book does not have any damp. musty or cigarette smells, though it does smell of the type of paper or glue typically used at that time.
