New Steel Building on pallets. It's 112' long and 47' wide. 5100 +/- SqFt Bought it last year with the intention of building a manufacturing building from powerbuilt steel buildings. Technically it's a US Steel building. Constructed it will look like the first 2 pictures with a 14' opening for a roll up door and a man door, 17' interior clearance I do not have the roll up doors or man door but the end panels are cut for them.. Included are the professionally engineered stamped plans and technical manuals to build the foundation and erect the structure. What I liked about it, it has 9' straight interior side walls and a crew with a lift or backhoe could build it in a few days. It would be great for another manufacturing building or garage or farm shop. We fiqured last year on a sq/ft price of $10 to $15 shell constructed. Paid close to $36k in material and engineering costs. Like they say My loss is your Gain. ( whoever they are ? ). I can load and help with transportation within 200 Miles. It can be loaded on a flat bed or a tag a long trailer as I remember it weighs around 18,000 lbs altogether.
