You are looking at a drop in Glas Tender ice box.
This unit appears to have never been used. It still has the white protective plastic on it.
The unit looks like it had a mounting stud welded on. That corner is warped. See pictures.
The top of this unit looks to have been custom made. The cuts are not very straight. It does not have to be used. See pictures.
