* This skylight comes with the Comfort Plus Glass (dual pane tempered and laminated glass) (required by code in Ca), loE 3w e coated, argon gas filled and tinted. You will need to purchase the VELUX flashing kit for your particular roof type. Please see my store for the appropriate flashing kit.
The VELUX FS skylight comes with pre-finished white frames and sashes that eliminate the need for secondary high cost trips by a painter.
