We can size a unit for you. Proper sizing of a geothermal heat pump is extremely important for efficient operation and saving the most money possible on your energy bills. Do not use oversized equipment.
Wiring schematics will be supplied for the geothermal heat pump and controls, electric strip heater (if electric strip heater is purchased), and for the thermostat wiring (if thermostat is purchased). Photographs will be supplied of thermostat wire connections (if thermostat is purchased), and the control panel with its components identified. The geothermal heat pump s control panel, and the thermostat (if thermostat is purchased) will be pre-wired with color coded wire pigtails, and the wires will be labeled for easier thermostat installation. This unit has been tested to be sure that its operation and efficiency are correct. This estimate also includes support by phone and or email for installation, when you start up your unit, and trouble shooting, in the unlikely event that it would become necessary.
We keep copies of all of the installation, and operation instruction manuals, and of the photographs of every unit we sell, so that any installation questions can be answered, or in the event of any problems with the system in the future, troubleshooting will be made easier.
We have thermostats, water valves and electric strip heaters (back-up) available for purchase with any of our units.

"W-4" labeling is soley for our purposes.
We are offering a one- year warranty with this unit.
Scratch and dent damages are noted in the descriptions and pictures. Read the descriptions and look over the photographs carefully. Do not assume anything that is not readily apparent from the photos.
We do charge Sales Tax. Ohio addresses only. Please e-mail us with the county and zip code where the item will be delivered, so we can give you the tax rate. If item is picked up, the tax is 6.75%.
