You are looking at a very nice 5C Collet Chuck Setup, with D1-4 Camlock Spindle Mount. This will fit any machine out there with a D1-4 Camlock Spindle.
This is a very high precision chuck, with an accurate spindle and good collets, you can expect .0005" or less runout. Plus these chucks come with a 10 year warranty on them against any defects, so you can be very confident that you are getting a top quality piece. It is also made from hardened steel, precison ground, and suitable for spindles up to 3000 RPM.

This chuck comes complete with a chuck wrench and camlock pins, all you need is 5C collets and you are ready to go. It is a direct mount to the D1-4 Spindle, so no back plate is needed, everything is included for a D1-4 Camlock spindle.
