This is a heavy-duty commercial grade generator. It is single phase 120/240 volts and suitable for business or large home. Includes automatic transfer switch. Runs on propane gas.
Engine and generator have been tested and work fine.

* Automatic Transfer Unit (ATS) included
- auto switchover to backup when main power fails.

This generator is configured to run using propane gas. A minimum 500 gallon horizontal propane tank is required (not included). A smaller liquid propane tank could be used, but would require an LP vaporizor unit (not included).
Generator was installed inside a building, so it did not require an enclosure. If you plan to install the generator outside, an enclosure will need to be constructed.
Installation should be performed by a trained professional.
