Hermes Sapphire Blue CB 115 is a new paper backed addition to our large family of both cloth and paper antistatic products for use in the woodworking industry. The special Sapphire Blue ceramic aluminum oxide grain blend, along with a strong F weight backing combine to make this an excellent tool for coarse, intermediate and finish sanding operations. Specially designed for woodworking, Sapphire Blue CB 115
provides application benefits which include longer belt life, consistent surface finishes, cooler sanding temperatures and a cleaner work area. Additionally, the Sapphire Blue grain structure allows for repeated dry cleanings (glassbead type). This capability extends the life of Sapphire Blue CB 115 belts up to 1 1/2 times versus nonceramic products, without affecting the finishing characteristics of the belt.
The overall results of these product features mean that Hermes Sapphire Blue CB 115 is considerably superior to conventional aluminum oxide paper backed belts.
