This specific chair is brand new in the box. It has a wood frame with nylon casters. Supportive polyurethane foam covered with durable black fabric. Other features include; manual height adjustment, overall width 19 inches, overall depth 23.5 inches, height range 25 to 29 inches, seat size 16 x 12 inches, knee cushion size 18 x 9.5 inches. Some assembly required.
