The AF-300 G11 Adjustable Frequency Drive with flux vector and dynamic torquevector control
using optimized control of voltage and current vectors provides the enhanced performance that you
are looking for in your application. With quick start-up, reliability, performance, and a user-friendly
diagnostic display, the AF-300 G11 process control systems will make any task simple and
operate in a flux vector control mode. The AF-300 G11 is an AC packaged drive that provides
flexibility across a wide range of constant torque applications while remaining compact in size and
easy to use. Forward and Reverse, Jog and other Simple commands from the local or remote
keypad or from the process control system along with pre-loaded motor parameters and factory
defaults allows for out-of-the-box quick installation.
The AF-300 G11 offers expanded horsepower ratings in both 230 VAC (1/4 to 125 Hp) and 460
VAC (1/2 to 600 Hp) for even greater flexibility.
The AF-300 G11 has an abundant array of beneficial functions for constant torque applications
New standard features includes RS 485 (Modbus RTU) for connection to process controller and
built in PID control are now supported. The new generation IGBT means reduced electrical noise
and less voltage spiking. On-line-tuning provide continuous check for variation of motor
characteristics during running of high-precision speed and torque control. In ratings of 30Hp and
less the AF-300 G11 is designed for side by side installation with zero clearance for optimum use in
