The entire chair is manual, the fluid leaked out and it will not go up... I suspect a dry rotted hose.
The vinyl has no cracks or tears.
The dentist retired in 2003 and soon after, passed away.
The unit is being sold separately. There is no reserve and will only be listed for 10 days!
