The steam table runs on propane, which is stored neatly and easily accessible in a steel fence cage at the front part of the cart. It holds two twenty-pound tanks (not included), so you will never run out.
The towing bar hitch is equipped with a 1 7/8 ball coupler with two safety chains. It is also available size 2 ball coupler (optional).
Keep your hot dog cart on the level with this easy-to-use 1000 lb. capacity swing-back trailer jack. With the swing-back style there s no need to remove the jack when hauling the cart, just fold it back and away. The trailer jack has a side crank handle to level it. The stow-case has two levels and is sealed (so you don't need to remove anything in case of rain). The upper-level shelf allows you to keep 30 bags (a total of 360 units) of your fresh buns behind two sliding doors. The lower-level shelf is the perfect place to keep extra foil, napkins, paper bags, straws, tongs, spoons, etc. It also has to sliding doors with handles.

The steam table can accommodate various sizes pots with lids. You can use the steamer for hot dogs, buns, chili, cheese and sauerkraut. It has two big independent cast iron burners and their shut-off valves. The stainless steel pans and lids (4 one-third size pans 6" deep, 1 half size pan 6" deep, 4 one-third size lids, 1 half size lid and 4 separator bars) are included and easily removable for cleaning. Also NSF approved and listed.
The cart comes with 4 stainless steel sinks with hot and cold water, a 5-gallon clear water tank and a 7 gallon disposed water tank.
