This unit powers on, although, it has not been tested.
The Agilent 11835A Data Buffer is a configurable data output device. Its primary function is to buffer data from a computer and output the data as a serial stream. It can output the serial data at rates from dc to 4 MHz with a user-supplied clock.
Option 002 is an internal reference board that will provide the bit and symbol clock used in the North American and Japanese digital cellular systems.
