Simple hand lever action With padded handle for comfort, two styles of crease to suit thick and thin stock, simply turn over the lower creasing matrix to select the right impression for the card to be creased this feature is only found on CreaseLine/Creasemate machines. Q What is special about Blade and matrix as a creasing method?
A Blade and Matrix is a creasing method where a steel(2pt) blade with rounded leading edge is pressed into the card and impesses it into a lower concave forming die strip called the matrix. for different stocks the width of the matrix must receive the blade width + twice the card width. So you will see that a single width of marix would not give satisfactory results on a broad range of stocks.The 2 matrix dimensions used on CreaseLine 52 will give these results
