For sale is a scrap piece of titanium sheet 30.0 centimeters by 15.9 centimeters. The thickness is 5.0 millimeters (~1/5th of an inch). The weight is 1079 grams.
The material is pretty smooth and straight overall. There are some superficial smudges and scratches, which should make no difference for most mechanical applications. It is a soft grade of titanium, Russian GOST VT1-0, equivalent to the ASTM grade 2. It is easily machined or even cut with a hacksaw, similar in hardness to soft iron. I will assume the responsibility for corrosion resistance in weather, saltwater or engine exaust.
