Max Refflinghaus Automatic Wire Bending Machine
Model DBA6-1600, 1970 S/N 4365 with wire straightener
This machine has been tooled for wireforms in automotive applications but can be used for any type of wireforms, i.e. kitchen utensils, bicycle parts. Machine is in good condition.
Max wire diameter 6mm (slides can be purchased to support 9mm)

MECHANICAL CAM ACTUATED SLIDES AVAILABLE:
(5) vertical slides, travel - 75mm, approx 2 1/1 tons, (1) horizontal back slides, travel - 50mm, approx 2 tons
( 2 ) lateral slides - 1 1/2 bore x 3 in.travel as shown, (2) vertical slides - 3 in bore x 3 in. stroke, (2) any angle slides, 2in. bore x 6 in stroke
Rexroth hydraulic, 10hp(3000psi) powerunit with copeland chiller included.
