it is suitable for the production of small lot in many industries, such as Applied forces, Pet Shops, Military Stores for making identity.
The Machine can not only for emboss the US Standard Dog Tag,
and also for the Thin Metal Plate in about 85.5mm x 55mm x 0.15mm (T)
There are 52 standard characters for the Dog Tag embossing machines, see below:

1. Put the Dog Tag in the Tag Tray, and fix it well.
5. The letters are embossed on the Dog Tag then.
1. The standard size of dog tag card is 49mm x 27mm (1.9" x 1.1").
2. If need to emboss the Metal Plate, please select same thickness as the Dog Tag,
2. otherwise it can't be emboss, and will damage the machine, please noted.
3. When tuning the characters plate, please don't drop down the hand-haft.
4. When switch the embossment size, please ward off the card frame slightly to avoid damage.
5. Never put hand or other hard objects into the machine.
6. Please move the card frame to the left end when not using the machine.
