Bath, temperature simulator bauer chiller -90 to 300F

bath, temperature simulator Bauer chiller -90 to 300F
This unit is designed to simultaneously maintain any of the following temperature set points for the purpose of temperature simulation. In addition it can maintain any temperature within the range of each well. Temperature can be maintained within 0.25 deg f. The unit contains 5 seperate wells that are individually controlled. This is a very well made older machine which needs some work to become operational. The temperature controller enclosure was exposed to moisture at some point and became corroded. The Eurotherm controllers need to be replace. Other than the controllers, the entire unit appears complete and in good condition.
1 -90 to -40 deg F -80, -60 deg f
4 80 to 200 deg f 100,112 deg f
5 100 to 300 deg f 200,215 deg f
The complete assembly consists of a steel cabinet which houses the refrigeration, heating, electrical, hydronic, and pneumatic components, and a test well bench containing the 5 test wells and the components for fluid agitation, temperature indication and control. Each well contains an air motor for agitation. Removable access panels are provided on all sides of the unit to facilitate maintenance and service. Service connections for the cooling water supply, cooling water return, shop air supply, and the electrical service cable are located at the rear of the unit.
The five test wells are covered with lift-up tops; the tops accomodate 5 air driven air agitator motors, each well has its own temperature controller and refrigeration system. The usable size of the wells is 8 1/2" dia x 5", 2.3 gallon capacity.
