Aluminum Drop Wire Clamps are stamped from 5052 H34 Aluminum.
Bail wires are formed from 430 Stainless Steel.
Stainless Steel Drop Wire Clamps are made from 304 Stainless Steel.
Drop Wire Clamps shall hold without slippage, a suitable length of drop wire until sufficient load is applied to break the drop wire or to a maximum load of 555 pounds.
