Carbon Filter FRP Tank, with 4 cubic feet of activated carbon, automatic backwash based on time, backwash only during off service hours.
Softener Single tank with 2 cubic feet of resin, 80,000 grains of hardness removal and skid mounted Brine Tank.
Pre-filters - Two 10 single cartridge housing. Two filters mounted in series with 5 micron cartridge in first housing and 1 micron filter in the second.
Sample Valve Located before pre-filters for checking pH, free chlorine, hardness and/or conductivity of pre-treated feed water.
RO Cartridges Type 4040-UHA-ESPA Nominal 4 inch diameter x 40 inches long and 85 square feet of area. Two cartridges mounted per pressure housing and seven housing in system.
Membrane Array Concentrate staging, two housing to one housing. Permeates to common collection header.

This unit new was purchased by Geni Industries for $23,000.00. The controller had a problem and one function was re-wired. We have contacted the manufacturer and they can completely redo the controller for around $400.00 with warranty.
We have had this unit in storage since 2004 - so it was used from 1996 to around 2004 - maybe 7 to 8 years.
Replacement Membrane, if and when they are needed, costs around $280.00 ea. and takes 6.
